At Beaver Toyota of Cumming, words like family and support aren’t just idealistic posters on a wall. They’re lived out every day. They’re seen in one on one relationships, in the mentorship groups, and in the way the entire store rallies around each other during crisis. Paul J Daly and Kyle Mountsier experience this family atmosphere up close and personal, learning how everything Beaver Toyota does is about people, both customers and employees. ASOTU, in collaboration with our friends at VINCUE™ , are excited to share how Beaver Toyota is setting an example of how a modern dealership culture loves people more than cars.

The heart of our family-owned dealership starts with Mike Beaver. Mike learned the automobile business from his father. At age 12 Mike began working 7 days a week and never slowed down. He purchased his first dealership in Denison, Texas in 1986. Two more dealerships followed; one in Carrollton, Texas and one in Lufkin, Texas. Later another in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As Mike and his wife Linda grew the company, they were determined to elevate standards of doing business to be customer centric and community focused. The Beaver family comes from a “roll up your sleeves and get it done” attitude which permeates throughout our culture. The talent we cultivate at the dealership understands the importance of honing their respective craft to best serve our customers.
